Today, my students and I followed an invitation for a virtual company visit at bonprix, a fashion retailer that is part of the Hamburg-based Otto Group. It was already our third visit. This time, we learned about the implementation of OKR in the HR department, the use of Kanban Boards by the management board to increase transparency and foster organization-wide learning, the company´s approach to manage diversity and its ongoing effort to achieve corporate responsibility.

Today, my students and I were part of a virtual company visit at Techniker Krankenkasse, Germany´s largest statutory health insurance. Markus Schlobohm, Head of IT, gave us insights into the challenges of digital transformation, the key success factors and the organization´s path towards agility.
