Today, my students and I visited bonprix, a fashion retailer that is part of the Hamburg-based Otto Group. Our host, Carolin Schirmeisen, organized an inspiring afternoon. We learned about the company´s approach of changing organizational culture and leadership, the use of OKR and Kanban Boards and the work of agile teams.
