Today, my students and I visited Beiersdorf. Our hosts, Alena Evers and Julian Kupfer, gave us insights into the company´s transformation towards new work and the impacts of digitalization and sustainability. A focus was on the transition towards the new Beiersdorf Campus which will reflect the increasing need for communication, collaboration and purposeful work.
