This fall, I developed and implemented a driver-based HR planning tool for a corporation from the transport and logistics industry in the middle east. The tool uses machine learning to calculate FTE budgets and further HR figures based on historical data and future projections. The project was a great success, despite the challenging time frame and the complexity of the business. And the opportunity to work in an international setting, collaborate with clients from abroad and dive into a foreign culture is something that inspires me a lot! Though, honestly, the best thing about business trips is to return home to my beloved ones.
