The first edition on “Strategy & Transformation in the Digital Age” (in German) is published at SpringerGabler. 19 articles in four chapters („management and methods“, „culture and leadership“, „technology and data“, „industries and companies“) share concepts and best-practices of business transformation. As mentioned earlier, I have written three papers, which deal with the „SWOT cubed“ (a multidimensional tool for agile strategy development), the need for a „Strategic Mindset“ among decision makers and „HR requirements“ in an agile organisational setting.
