On January 30th, 50 of my Master students and I were invited by Google Hamburg for a full day to learn about the uniqueness and the success factors of the company´s culture and its own research on teams, leadership and OKR, amongst others. Furthermore, we took a deep dive into agile methods and tools like design thinking, scrum, Kanban & Co. Ebru, Sarah and Roman from Google made this day a unique experience with lots of learnings and laughs – a very warm thank you!
