On January 23rd, my master class on “Organisational Transformation” and I had the pleasure to be invited by Melanie Neeven and Julian Kupfer from Beiersdorf´s corporate communications department. Melanie and Julian gave us first-hand insights into their experiences of introducing Office 365 as a platform for communication and collaboration. Moreover, we learned how they currently experiment with Working Out Loud as an approach to foster company-wide networking and knowledge exchange.
