This fall, I will publish the first edition on “Strategy & Transformation in the Digital Age” at SpringerGabler.
Co-editor is my dear friend Markus Dahm, Manager for Digital Change & Transformation at IBM Germany. 30 authors – academics, scholars, business leaders and consultants – have contributed best-practice business cases and concepts for the digital age. I have written three papers, which deal with the „SWOT cubed“ (a multidimensional tool for agile strategy development), the need for a „Strategic Mindset“ among decision makers and „HR requirements“ in an agile organisational setting.
